Before you buy
What we need from you
Keep this simple. Most of it takes one short form after checkout. Required items keep the build moving. Optional items make it better.
01 / Required
Must have to start
Everything below keeps the build moving. Most of it takes one short form.
-
Business basics
Business name, what you do, who you serve, service area, and the one thing you want the site to do (call, enquire, visit).
-
Contact details
Phone, email, address if relevant, opening hours if you have them, and social links you want shown.
-
Content starting point
A few sentences about the business, your main services, and anything you never want said. Rough notes are fine.
02 / Process
What happens next
- 01
Pay the flat fee
Secure checkout via Stripe. Optional CMS is +$100 at the same time if you want self-editing later.
- 02
Fill the brief
A short form. Ten minutes if you already know your services and contact details.
- 03
We build and preview
You get a preview link. Two rounds of reasonable tweaks after launch. Then it goes live on your domain.
03 / Optional
Nice to have
-
Logo and brand colours
If you have a logo file and colours, send them. If not, we can use a clean text mark.
-
Photos of your work
Real photos beat stock. Phones are fine. Before/after, job site, team, or storefront all help.
-
Domain preference
Tell us the domain you already own, or the name you want. We can register or connect it.

05 / Add-ons
Optional extras, plainly priced
Edit your own content later.
+$100A CMS - a content management system - is the layer that lets you update your own content after launch. Change headings, service copy, FAQs, prices and facts, add new text, even swap images - without waiting on a developer. It is not a drag-and-drop visual builder. Framer and Webflow are design tools for rebuilding layouts, and a lead-generating site's layout should stay put.
- · Simple fields, not a bloated dashboard
- · Change copy after launch without a rebuild
- · Add text or images without touching the design
- · Still own the code and the files
Two rounds of tweaks included.
Once the site is live, two rounds of reasonable copy, presentation, and layout tweaks are included within the existing design. Not a second build. Not unlimited redesigns.
- · Reasonable copy changes
- · Presentation tweaks
- · Layout adjustments inside the existing design
- · Extra pages
- · New functionality or major integrations
- · A different design direction
A few notes for buyers worldwide
Geographic flexibility means a few extra things to flag - most are optional, but worth mentioning so there are no surprises.
One tip that applies everywhere: name the places you serve. Whether that is neighbourhoods, cities, or a whole metro area, specific beats generic - for customers and for search engines alike. Whatever you list in the brief becomes the geography your page copy and metadata target, so make it the real service area, not the biggest one you can imagine.
On claims and compliance generally: write only what you can stand behind. Superlatives without proof, invented testimonials, and "from" prices that mislead are the patterns regulators in most countries now chase. Plain, checkable statements age best - and we will flag the obvious ones during the build even though final responsibility for your copy stays with you.
You don't need to be incorporated, VAT-registered, or have any specific entity type. Sole proprietors, freelancers, side hustles - all fine. We just need a contact name, email, and what you want the site to do.
We'll register your .com or country-specific domain on your behalf at cost (typically $10-$15 USD/year), or transfer one you already own. Always registered in your name - never ours.
Quotes are in USD. We don't collect sales tax on your behalf. If your jurisdiction requires you to self-assess use tax on imported services, that's on you (check with your accountant - usually trivial at this price point).
Default is our worldwide edge hosting. If you need data hosted in a specific country for compliance (US, EU, AU, etc.), we can deploy to AWS, Hetzner, or a regional host at cost. Mention it in the brief.
