A CMS - a content management system - is the layer that lets you update your own content after launch. Change headings, service copy, FAQs, prices and facts, add new text, even swap images - without waiting on a developer. It is not a drag-and-drop visual builder. Framer and Webflow are design tools for rebuilding layouts, and a lead-generating site's layout should stay put.
· Simple fields, not a bloated dashboard
· Change copy after launch without a rebuild
· Add text or images without touching the design
· Still own the code and the files
After launch
Two rounds of tweaks included.
Once the site is live, two rounds of reasonable copy, presentation, and layout tweaks are included within the existing design. Not a second build. Not unlimited redesigns.
What does a $500 website actually get you in Worldwide?
A lot more than most small business owners expect for $500. The flat rate covers a custom-designed, hand-coded website - three pages (Home, About, Contact), built from scratch. Not a WordPress theme. Not a Squarespace template. Not an AI-generated page with your logo pasted on top. Every build includes mobile-first responsive design, PageSpeed 90+ performance, a working contact form, SEO foundations (title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, XML sitemap), hosting setup with SSL, and 30 days of post-launch support. When it's done, you own every file, every line of code. No lock-in. No ongoing license fees.
SEO and AI search - built in
Every build includes the SEO foundations that actually matter: clean semantic HTML, schema, fast load times, mobile-first indexing, XML sitemap, canonical tags, and meta written for humans and search engines.
Clean, crawlable pages give search engines less to untangle and customers less to wait for. There is no page-builder bloat, plugin chain, or unnecessary dashboard overhead quietly slowing the site down.
We also build for GEO - Generative Engine Optimisation. As AI-powered search becomes how people find local businesses, structured data and clear content matter more. That is baked in from day one.
You will not get this from someone who has never done SEO and built on Lovable or Framer. This is 20+ years of knowing what ranks - delivered at $500.
$500
Fast cheap websites - what that means here
Usually it means shortcuts. Wix templates. Plugin-heavy WordPress. Fiverr clones of every other site in your industry.
We build fast the right way - hand-coded, no bloat, no page builder shipping 400kb of JavaScript for three pages. Cheap because overhead is low, not because quality is.
That also means less to patch and less to manage: no WordPress plugin stack, no page-builder updates, and no separate server manager needed just to keep a simple brochure site healthy. Launch hosting and baseline security are included; ongoing SEO and content work is optional.
PageSpeed 90+ is the baseline. Fast sites rank and convert. That is not debatable.
$500 vs $5,000
Agencies charge $5,000–$15,000 for the same job. The extra cost goes on account managers, project managers, proposals, discovery sessions, revision rounds, and office rent. You're not paying for a better website - you're paying for a bigger process. A properly built $500 dollar website - clean code, fast load times, solid SEO foundations - will outperform most $3,000 agency sites in speed, ranking, and conversions.
Who it is for
Tradespeople, solo operators, local service businesses, clinics, gyms, cleaners, mechanics, pest control, locksmiths, gardeners, removalists - anyone who needs a professional online presence without spending thousands. If you need people to find you, see what you do, and contact you - a $500 dollar website does exactly that. It's not for e-commerce, booking platforms, or anything complex. Three clean, fast pages. One flat price.
Depends what you mean by cheap. Wix and Squarespace start from $15–$30/month - that's $180–$360/year, forever, and you never own the site. Over five years that's $900–$1,800 for something you can't take with you when they hike prices or shut down. A $500 dollar website you own outright works out cheaper than 18 months of Squarespace. Built properly, not from a template.

$500 website FAQ
Where are you based / who builds the site?
A senior developer with 20+ years of web and SEO experience. Worldwide delivery - most clients we never meet in person.
Can I host the site near my customers?
Yes. Our default hosting serves from a global edge network - fast everywhere. Specific hosts (US, EU, AU) can be set up at cost.
Do you handle the domain name?
Yes. We'll register your .com or country-specific domain on your behalf at cost, or transfer your existing one. Always registered in your name - never ours.
Is $500 really the full website price?
Yes. $500 flat for the website, including launch hosting, SSL, and baseline security. Optional CMS is +$100; ongoing SEO and content updates are optional after launch.
How long does it take to build?
We build as fast as we can once your brief is in. Timeline depends on how quickly you provide content and assets. You get a realistic estimate upfront and updates throughout.
What do I need to provide?
Business basics, contact details, and a content starting point. Logo, photos, and domain preference help. The brief form after checkout walks you through it.
Can I edit content myself later?
Yes. Choose the optional CMS for +$100. Simple Pages CMS fields for common content - not a bloated admin panel.
What do the two revision rounds cover?
Reasonable copy changes, presentation tweaks, and layout adjustments within the existing design. Not extra pages, new features, or a different design direction.
Can it rank on Google?
SEO foundations are baked in: title tags, meta, schema, speed, mobile-first design. Ranking still takes time and content, but the technical base is solid from day one.
What if I am not happy with it?
Two revision rounds are included. If you are genuinely unhappy after that and it missed the brief, we refund. We have never had to - but the option is there.
Ready for your $500 dollar website?
One payment. 3 pages. Hand-coded. Fast. Yours to keep.
Is it flat rate?Yes. The website is one payment. CMS is optional +$100.
$500 covers a custom, hand-coded website of up to three pages, responsive design, a working contact form, technical SEO foundations, launch hosting, SSL, baseline security, and 30 days of post-launch support. There are no mandatory platform subscriptions or agency retainers. Add the CMS only if you want to edit page content yourself.
Do I own the site?Yes. All files, all code. No lock-in.
You receive the source code and website files outright. Your domain stays registered in your name, and the site is not tied to WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or a proprietary page builder. Move hosts or hire another developer whenever you like.
Revisions? Two rounds of reasonable tweaks after launch.
Both rounds cover reasonable copy changes, presentation tweaks, and layout adjustments inside the agreed design. Extra pages, new functionality, major integrations, or a completely different design direction are quoted separately.
